Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large papaya, peeled, seeds removed, and the flesh cut into chunks.
  • Water, breast milk or formula (as needed for consistency) (if needed, to adjust consistency)

Tip: If the papaya isn’t too ripe, you can steam it for a few minutes.

The white beans (lentils, chickpeas or kidney) are perfect for helping with your baby’s bowel regularity.

  • 1 cup of white beans, drained if using a can or cooked and drained if using dried
