Ingredients

  1. 4 large mushrooms (Portobello will be the best choice)

  5. 70g breadcrumbs
  6. 2tbsp double cream
  7. Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the garlic, cheese, mustard, cream, breadcrumbs and then mix all these

  1. Roast the mushrooms with olive oil at 180 C for 15 minutes or so.
  2. Remove from the oven and then fill each of mushrooms with the mix, dot with butter and finish cooking under the grill until golden.
