What is Female Ejaculation and Squirting?

Sorry for being technical again, but bear with me. This chapter is primarily about “squirting” instead of female ejaculation, but we should first clarify the difference between the two.

Female ejaculation is frequently interchanged with “squirting,” but they’re not really the same thing. Both can be described as the forced release of fluid from the vagina during sexual arousal or stimulation instead of the gradual moistening of the vaginal walls. However, female ejaculate is produced during intense sexual arousal and orgasm, while the squirting liquid is “milked” when the G-spot is stimulated.

Female ejaculation is a liquid that appears to involve the Skene’s gland or “female prostate.” It is not urine at all and ranges in appearance and texture from watery clear to creamy white. The normal amount of the average female ejaculate is usually much less than a teaspoon. When women experience suddenly getting wet “down there” while getting aroused or masturbating, that’s female ejaculation.

Squirts require manual stimulation of the G-spot and appear to be a mild form of urine intermixed with prostatic-specific antigens (PSA) enzymes that originate from the bladder. It is more transparent and watery than regular milky, syrupy, or foamy vaginal secretions or the bitter, acrid urine. Its taste and odor are not as strong as vaginal secretions, but it does have a slight urine taste and smell. It also isn’t unhealthy if you happen to swallow some.

As far as I know, only about half of all women can actually squirt, and only a very small percentage of those women can squirt in the copious amounts seen in some squirting porn videos. Also, while some professional “squirters” regularly expel significant amounts of fluid; most women, even those who can squirt from time to time, can’t do so every time they receive G-spot stimulation.

How to Create Squirting

If you want to make her squirt, follow these tips. Squirting usually happens when the G-spot is milked. It is exceptionally powerful when the G-spot, clitoris, and vagina are stimulated at the same time because of the combination of ejaculation with orgasm.

Best Technique

In addition to the lightning piston described above, the best technique I know of for making your partner squirt is what I call the “squirting shakes.”

Insert two fingers into her vagina while she is lying on her back with her legs apart. Your fingers should be in a V shape, pointing at the eleven o’clock and one o’clock positions to avoid squeezing shut the urethra. This will allow the ejaculate to flow unimpeded.

Your fingers should also be curved, putting pressure on her G-spot and squeezing it against the pubic bone while your palm or thumb is rubbing against her clitoris.

Shake or move your hand up and down, making sure the palm or thumb is always rubbing the clitoris while your fingers are pressing against the G-spot. Do not move the fingers in and out as if you’re fingering her. Keep your fingers in contact with her G-spot, and shake your hand, slowly at first, but increasing in speed until you’re moving it as rapidly as possible, stimulating both clit and G-spot at the same time.

Stroke her G-spot with your fingertips. Give pulsing pressure by repeatedly pressing down onto the target area. Do not forget the clitoris! If it is too awkward to just use one hand from your position to stimulate the G-spot and clitoris at the same time; use your other hand to rub the clitoris. You can also suck her clit while you are stimulating her G-spot.

Increase her pleasure by kissing her or licking her nipples while performing the squirting shakes. She will feel like urinating—don’t stop!— that is the prelude to squirting.

While I won’t guarantee you will succeed in making her squirt (she may just release female ejaculate, or no excefss liquid at all), I will guarantee the squirting shakes will give your lover an enormous amount of pleasure—and, likely, several orgasms to boot.

Go Through the Anus for Awesome Squirts

Remember this idea from a few chapters ago? It seems counterintuitive, since the easiest way to reach her G-spot is in the vagina, but going through the anus can actually cause more frequent and stronger squirts.

This is due to the configuration of her rectum. Unlike her vagina, which directs your penis past the G-spot, the rectum’s angle makes it possible to stimulate her G-spot with the head of your penis as you stroke into her. By keeping in mind the G-spot’s location relative to the anus, you can stimulate the G-spot through the membrane between the vagina and rectum. If you’ve decided that anal sex is something you both enjoy, exploring this method of squirting will be very fun for the two of you.
